Rulk & Juggernaut vs. Despero & Zoom (w/ a twist)

The twist is:

Rulk has a red lantern ring
Juggs has full control of the speedforce (like any Flash)
&
Zoom has the time gem
Despero has the mind gem

Each team has complete control and mastery of their new abilities.

Who wins?

probably team two.

wouldnt the red ring backfire on rulk, since too much rage makes him burn out?

Team 2

Zoom alone can solo Rulk AND Juggs combined, even with the speedforce.

Team 2 Handily.
