Even if Thunderbolt were successfully summoned, Jakeem would still have to give him a verbal order to pwn Sentry. So it's more of a one-sided quick draw in Sentry's favor, imo.

Jakeem still has to give T-bolt a verbal order to attack Sentry. So it still comes down to whether Jakeem can talk faster than Sentry can blitz.
