Man

Everything else
God/Holy Trinity
Creation
Micheal/Lucifer
Angels/Demons

wth. That's bible talk.
Here is DC:
Presence (Judeo-Christian)/Primal Monitor (in Grant's head)/Source (Kirby God)
Word/Spectre/Lucifer/Michael/Dark Monitor/Imps
Monitors
....
....
....
New Gods/Old Gods
....
....
Man
....
Everything else
Who's is charge? Not sure. Judeo-christian DC God or Kirby's non-Judeo Christian God?

The way I understand it, writers struggle to fit Kirby's cosmos into the main DC. Some times writers ignore the Source, putting the Presence and angels above the Source and New Gods.
