You know, my gut is telling me that the heralds have a slight, but tangible, advantage in raw power output in this confrontation...

But on the other hand, my gut is also telling me that the versatility of the asgardians is able to make up for the slight power disadvantage and some...

Bottomline, I am picking the asgardians for a solid majority; 7/10....
