The hammer itself is trash. It's the power behind the hammer (Odin) that has to be overcome.

The only reason I gave a "maybe" to RULK is because he had some energy manipulation feats. Pure strength WILL NOT DO IT. All Hulk has is brute strength. He fails.

Huh? Are you talking about the WWH/Juggernaut showdown? Because he didn't "stop" anything. He slowed him down and was losing ground.
Surfer could and would stop it, he can synthesis Odin power, so why not, hell he's most likely to prove "worthy" of lifting it.
Odin swatted the Surfer like an insect. And the Surfer was effectively out of the fight. He could have instantly killed Norrin if he wanted too. The Surfer isn't overcoming the enchantment.

Did you forget that Hulk had a sizable amp in strength at the time? War Hulk is stronger than any Hulk outside of the World Breaker. At least arguably.

I'm not saying Sentry or anyone else can hold Mjolnir. They can stop it and catch it in midflight. But once they catch it, it will fall.
Does does the OP mean who can catch it and continue to hold it in the air?
If so then I'm wrong. Only the worthy who is both strong and fast can do it.
