CIS is on and it's come to my attention that Black Bolt hardly ever uses his voice (which is lame), Barda would likely choke him out.

Don't New God's have physiology that allows them to survive planet busting?
Black Bolt's most powerful use of his voice was the T-bomb and that wasn't even really him it was just the concentration of the energies from his screams over a period of time applied into a bomb.

I think he would at least KO her, if not outright kill her with. I'm sure after one of his more potent attempts that she wouldn't be getting up.

You are seriously hyping up what a scream from Black Bolt is capable of and vastly downplaying a New God's durability.

If anything the only advantage I could see him having is possibly a small speed advantage.
