HP DD was actually very smart and cunning...and should've evolved against the blast, or at the very least reformed quickly. I mean superman's only solution against HP DD was to send him to entropy...even imperiex was defeatable in supermans eyes...HP DD was not.

This DD just ripped through a bunch of herald-level probes and was finally killed by a Galactus-esque being who as we found out later became the big bang.

That was a new body, never before seen, and some other Brainiac bodies have actually been stronger than that before.
You didn't actually have any evidence of PIS, you need to show an inconsistency for that to be the case.
