The following can amp up shields or durability but cannot evade the blast or redirect it etc

Who survives the hit...

Galactus
Eternity
Living tribunal
Thanos with the infinity gauntlet
Thanos with the cosmic cube
Abraxas
Darkseid with the ale
Kismet
Imperiex

Why would Galactus get nullified? The UN is a part of him after all. At least since 2001.

Part of him doesn't make him immune.

Galactus has been hurt by his own power cosmic and the UN has been used against Galactus aswell.

There is no evidence that support that Galactus is immune to the nullification as far as I'm aware.

As to abraxas was the un fired against abraxas or eternity... ? I always read tht issue as hitting eternity...And not abraxas

From what's been indicated, the UN's origins are unknown. Galactus found it and it became a part of him. He didn't create the UN. It's nullifying him like everyone except Thanos and LT.
