Umm Chucky had shown to be pretty damn stupid in the movies at times. Marv and Harry were dumb because it was PIS as it was a comedy. As for his strength to strangle someone he isn't strangling Kevin considering he wont even touch him. You seem to be forgetting Kevin has prep which means he knows about Chucky, and will still plan accordinigly

You didn't mention that in your OP, and considering it's on page 2 it's a little too late to change it. Prep usually means exactly that. Prep. Which means knowledge to PREPARE. You don't prep against an unknown entity. Now you're just pulling a RJ. Which is not a good look.
