Snowflame vs Deathstroke (H2H)

Who would win between the cocaine-powered enemy of the New Guardians and Deathstroke the Terminator in hand to hand? (No sword, staff, or other weapons)

Snowflame starts out with a fist full of cocaine.

If Slade wants, he can have some cocaine too, though he doesn't get any additional power for it.
