Drax is Thanos' Kryptonite. As Life's Avatar not only can he physically decapitate Thanos he also collected an arsenal to render Thanos a skeleton.

And his recent amp has him much more durable than before. Plus 4 sec total Rejuvenation. He can't die.

Only a Death Sword or I guess a Life Avatar can pierce him now.
RR's Plasma canon threat happened when Thanos was around 20%.
And Drax's Negative Bomb when he was around 50%.

And didn't Thanos himself state his Thanosi were weaker?

And the Destroyer Armor has Silver Surfer in it......WOW!
