Fast as he wants. The next scene from the two heads fighting is Mask showing off how he doesn't have to wait to regen, like Lobo does.

thats arguable if that should've work or not. the mask is insane, its quite possible that he doesnt know right from wrong depending on whos wearing it or maybe just in general
