I personally have not seen any of those.
When SS defeats Hulk it usually by stripping Hulk of his gamma radiation.
There was one instance in which SS did not revert Hulk into Banner, because it was a Bannerless Hulk, but Hulk did say something along the lines of being getting killed if SS stripped all of the gamma radiation away from him.
But I have never seen SS defeating the Hulk at full power, but I may be wrong, there are so many comics that is hard to keep track of all the fights
