Hook can fly, i think that's the extent of his "super powers".

EDIT: i don't think he can fly. He's just a good swordsman.

Thats what I thought.I'm just not sure what level they would be on as a team.But one reason i chose him is he might be able to defend against instant death via ancient language.

I wouldn't think they'd be great fights. Sure, there's the whole 'immortality' thing going for both, but there's a big difference in physical stats.

The ninja, high-level Naruto ninja have very impressive speed and strength (all naruto ninja are constantly amped by chakra, and by the top ranks you're talking hundreds of mph and fairly significant strength too). See the Kakashi vs Gorgon thread, where it's agreed upon Gorgon's stomped. Hidan's not quite as dangerous as Kakashi jutsu wise, but is physically quite impressive.

Hm... it might also devolve into a 'just how much does it take to put down Wolverine?' argument.

Yea, but he still doesn't match up well against someone else who's a skilled martial artist as well as significantly faster and stronger. Just see, well, Gorgon.

Gorgon also was superhumanly smart, and a telepath. who also had a healing factor on wolverines level and his body was dead so hitting vital organs was the same as being stabbed in non vital areas.
