Good "physics"? What's with Wolverine fanboys and bad spelling? Spider-Man uses his "physics" better what with wall crawling.

Spider-Man is quite muscular, and it is the perfect physique real world. Defined, not too big, not to small, not too short, and not too tall. Like a slightly bigger Bruce Lee. Those other overdone physiques are overdone, unnatural, and impractical.
