STAR WARS: RETROSPECTION- The Council of Taneshla

You cannot move from the position you are in; despite lacking your skill with a lightsaber, Gallador has taken full advantage of the fact that your guard was down.

"How much do you care?" Gallador taunts.

Rianna shall momentarily shut her lightsaber down, then, which should free herself. Once she is free, she'll activate it once again, putting the tip to Gallador's throat.

"Not one tiny iota do I care what you want...who are you to dictate anything?" she snarls back at him.

Gallador opens his mouth to protest but Rand silences him.

"Go ahead and let her destroy it," Rand says. "It has served its purpose to us."

Gallador shuts off his lightsaber.

"Fine. Destroy a priceless work of art." After that he mumbles insults under his breath.

"You're welcome to the pieces, of course..."

Rianna is definitely suspicious of Rand's intentions here, but she swiftly slices through the staff with the tip of her lightsaber.

There is no explosion or rush of dark energy or ghostly moans when you destroy it. It just breaks in half.

Tanic comes out of his daze, blinking stupidly. Then he realizes what just happened.

"YOU DESTROYED IT!" he begins to rant.

"Yes, I did! I couldn't get you to snap out of it any other way, what would you have rather I done?" Rianna responds, taking a step backwards.

Tanic responds by snatching up his lightsaber from his belt and activating it. He is rambling incoherently.

"You were expecting this, weren't you..." she mutters back to Rand while taking another step back and holding her lightsaber ready to deflect any attack from Tanic.

Rand laughs as Tanic attempts to swing at you, misses, and falls. He tumbles down the roof a short ways before Rand levitates him back up.

"Yes," Rand says.

"Why?!" Rianna simply asks in response, very uneasy and nervous about this.

"This was all about Tanic," Rand claims. "You were just in the way."

"I don't want to have any part in your plans..." Rianna says, continuing to back away.

So, say, what happens if she simply decides to refuse to fight? 😛

Being only three points from going down, I doubt that's a good idea...

Rianna wants off this roof, though, and to avoid a fight if at all possible, and as such is going to head for the window she climbed out to get up here.

Little Miss Overly Cautious...

Nobody stops you as you start to leave.

"There is yet one more day of discussion to be done," Rand says. "Leave the planet now and I will tell you what was seen."

"I am not leaving," Rianna says. "I have no reason to believe that you'll tell me the truth, anyway,"
