Seth vs Millennius

Can Millennius take out Seth? He had the power to make both Thor and the Silver Surfer run away for lack of power to put him down.

Is Seth powerful enough to defeat a guy that nearly drove even Odin to his knees?

Millennius was in Silver Surfer Annual 1998. He was a very powerful character. I can't send scans but maybe someone else has them.
