Thanos loves Death, not the feable, stupid and fully disposable godess of death.

Does Hela possess the mean to reduce Thanos down to a skeleton? Drax had a anti-matter device to take on Thanos. I doubt Hela has access to that or even know what it is.

For what it counts Drax with prep would probably beat her as long as she fight without using any serious magic.
