i don't see why they would. i know people have used it as an insult, but that's true for any other species in star trek.

I coulda swore here was a species in ST that stinks.

In Undiscovered Country two of the crewmen do make remarks about them smelling after they leave the Enterprise, after the dinner I think.

The thing I've noticed is how most of the actresses who play alien women from Star Trek actually look better as the character. You see a picture of the actress and you almost do a double take over how different they look without the make-up/prosthetics.
