Yeah Logan figured out......(after being blown to bits) that Nitro's explosions could be avoided by remaining close to his body, something to do with the drugs Nitro was on.... expanding its effect.

Ironman had to copy the small ping Nitro created before exploding and kept repeating with Sonics until Nitro became exhausted and depleted into unconciousness.

Spidey won't get a second chance like these guys. Though Spider Sense will be essential + ranged snipe attacks.
