Unless Hope can control the powers she summons to a real extent I'm going to say the King takes it handily. Heck, Planet Hulk's Red King would take it handily.

She has all the mutant powers evah

she's manifested the powers of colossus, cyclops, armor, noriko, iceman and most importantly JG's tk and tp and the phoenix flaming bird effect.

Well, both have a lot of powers. King has the armor bit, over 63 powers and can generate realities. Don't know how that will play out in a battle, though.
