Water generation/ control: Tori is able to generate high pressured streams of water that are equal to several fire hydrants going off at once. She is also able to create high pressurized projectile water attacks in the form of balls. Tori is also able to control water it’s self.
Transformation: Later Tori learned how to transform herself into both liquid water and gas. While in liquid water form she is able to stretch and shape shift though she remains in a liquid form. It‘s common to she Tori moving about as a stream of water along the floor. If she is damaged Tori simply needs to fuse herself with more water to heal. Though while in this form she is able to materialize her head, hands ,and feet. Gas form Tori uses only to reach places her liquid form can’t.
Sonic Scream: Tori hardly uses this power which as a result she isn’t as powerful in it. Though even in it’s basic form it is powerful enough to push Jordan back a few feet. It also is able to be seeen. ( like classic heroes with sound powers)
Bio: Tori’s life was normal. She grew up in a family that understood she was different and didn’t mind her being different. After a long family meeting Tori and her Father agreed Hero High offered training that her family couldn’t. Though one day while her uncle Jack “Jackie” was on a rampage of the city Tori repapered into the heroes lives after rumors of being killed by Dr Yama who had turned parts of her into a android. The rumors were partly true since Tori sports a pair of bionic eyes which function much like her real eyes. These eyes only allow Tori her normal 20/20 sight. In the future she is said to have a son with her long term boyfriend Blyze named Troy.

Possesses great sword fighting skills, and has his own style by combining with his speed.
Can create a beam of darkness to shoot directly at opponent by allowing sword to rotate and float in front of him.
Dark Bullets - Able to shoot dark orbs from sword in rapid succession.
Dark Lightning - Elemental lighting, in the color of black instead of white.
Dark Fire - Elemental fire, in the color of black and gray, rather than orange and red/blue.
Dark Artist - Can fight without his sword by engulfing his hands/feet in darkness increasing physical strength. Hunter only uses dark combat in this state.

Bio: Hunter was born in a small town down south of the United States. He had a twin and a family. It was just him, his sister, mom, and dad. At the age of 7 he was being bullied at school like any other skinny kid. One day he became irritated and tried to fight the bully with no success. He ran home asking his dad to teach him to fight, his dad agreed and they begun their training. One evening Hunter was training hard to no extent. He did not even come home for dinner which was unusual of him. While training at a dojo he noticed darkness would engulf his and and he would get stronger all of a sudden. He was confused so he put his hand up and things would fly from his hand. It was the element darkness. Over the years he has honed his abilities and decided to come to Hero High(or the Academy of Higher Learning xD) and make his presence known throughout the world.

Bio (if applicable): Zero was an experiment of gene splicing that lift her part metahuman part animal, her makers ultimate goal was to make the perfect weapon against any opponent they may challenged them be it human or super human. Years later Zero was able to escape her creators killing anyone that got in her way. After joining hero high She didn't like anyone there all but an annoying boy that grew on her, Hunter lost a bet and Zero made her his boyfriend for a day. They had a lot of fun but it was cut short by a teacher named Katt that really pissed Zero off and she decided to leave Hero High and Hunter. Soon after an assassin was sent after her after dispatching him she tried to track down the people who had sent the boy assassin but had no luck. A few months later she finds herself in front of the rebuilt school deciding if it was a good idea to come back.

i dont think anyone is reading the rules. THERE ARE NO WEAPONS OR MORE THAN ONE POWER. PERIOD.
Hunter, i wasnt approving your character and he has too many powers. the sword, bullets, beams and Artist are acceptable because they stem from darkness. lightning, fire and speed are not accepted because they have nothing to do with darkness no matter what you name them.
Starry, i know that you used Zero i the previous RP but like i said, weapons arent allowed. your powers are okay because you already had them in the second HH.
i dont want to be hard guys, but you all have to adhere to the rules of the RP. i think that im being fair when i ask if the weapons are absolutly essential to the character. in Maran's case as well as Jalek's characters. other than that, i dont want to see them.
