Water Rune - An octagon shaped rune, that also holds ancient markings. These marking turn dark blue when activated. Allows Tierra to use water based attacks.

Bio (if applicable): Aiko belongs to a family of psychics and magic users, as well as a few elementals. Her great-great-grandmother, named Akemi was a great magic user. She also had a bit of psychic ability. From her branched out a family of talented individuals, whose abilities all differ. Aiko is said to be the most like Akemi, in even the way she behaves. When Akemi was in her elder years she developed 9 elemental runes. These runes could unleash and enhance attacks better than a regular mage could. The runes were passed down and nobody was able to unlock or activate them until Aiko. After her father had handed them over to her she tried working with them using them with her telekinetic abilities. For the first year she had no success, but wasnt one to give up. Eventually her first rune's ancient markings, the fire rune, started to glow red. There was hope for Aiko after all. She studied the others and practiced for a while, creating her own attacks, and enhancing others, making a custom battle style. When doing all this she attended very small school, much like the Academy of Higher Learning. It was a poor school and eventually was shut down. It was a secretive place so officials never knew of its presence. Aiko needed another place to hone her abilities more, and after finding a brochure for Hero High, in a tourist store, she packed up her bags and headed out. She really had no reason to want to fight, but for her family and her ancestors. Many thought of it as a lust for power, but she loves battling nonetheless.
