Electricity Dance: A weird dance Bushido does to conduct electricity and make a powerful attack (Has not Learned)

Magnetism Ball: Power to attract Metal formed in a weird electric ball it forms metal around it and forms a powerful shot

Electric Form: A form that makes his body run at full strength but has failed countless times meant to give him him his full capabilities (Can't do this yet)

Self Destruct: a last resort blows himself up

Bio (if applicable): Was built by Teara a government official which is in charge of military and Machine and Tech Savvy he was made when she was 21 he always calls her Mom and he is an EW Model and her 13th one this is her first creation that went through without a bug now after three years he has great knowledge of math science and english and has had time to adapt to society his mother now sends him to Hero High to learn how to use his powers for good

i just wanna give everyone a quick reminder of Tobias' power... <.<.. for... reasons.

it affects the minds of others by amplifying their worst fears and nightmares into reality before them. psionic and telepathic people suffer a boost in the effects of the power, based on their unique specialty. this boost manifests differently for each psionic indvidual. some will amplify the area of effect like a cell tower, some will increase the strength of the power, some may even cause the effects of what happens in their nightmares to physically effect their bodies. its really only limited by your guys imagination.

at its current radius of effect, without his mask on, it can reach a city block. (about the size of the school, huh?) and Tobias has zero mental defenses to psionics, so if they even pasively connect to his mind, they get overwhelmed by his powers effect. (which then boosts depending on their own psionic abilities) unconsciousness ends the effects immediately.

the ability works differently on everyone, as it takes their own personal greatest fears and nightmares and the terror they possibly see in others and manifests it before their eyes. so... if you guys thought jades thingy was bad... <.<... also.. tobias has no control over it beyond wearing masks and tight straps to contrain it within him. (its a mental thing that he found works for him to keep it in check)

so... YEAH! have fun with that.... <.<...

Anyway, ego aside, I figured Pryce's emotions going nuts sorta worked for being under the effects...and the fact that his power of absorbing things into a void could have some impact.

you totally were the last bit that set it off... but it was mostly phoenix's warp thingy that got him on edge... O_o.. he thinks hes being attacked again.. but now.. so does the whole school... and void doesnt really mesh well with tobias's power.. but that doesnt mean you cant throw your power around in a psychotic-induced frenzy...
