Spider-Man vs. Dardevil vs Daken (w/ a twist)
The twist is:
This is Iron Spider-Man
Vs
Daredevil w/ Venom symbiote
Vs
Daken w/ Carnage symbiote
Let's assume Daredevil & Daken have had the symbiotes for a month and are fairly used to their abilities.
Fight takes place on top of the Baxter Building.
Who wins?
Daken. His combat style suits carnage and add the weapon generator that is carnage as well as twip twip + strength boost....
DD doesn't gain too much Spidey sense more or less what hes already got with his blind perception. The strength boost is nice. Spidey is disadvantaged because his spidey senses dont work on symbiotes.

IMO Daken would make a really badass Carnage. He has the maniacal & homicidal personality like Cassidy but is a lot smarter and cunning.
I know that Petes Spider Senses doesn't work on symbiotes, but doesn't his Stark Armor have some type of radar or something that could alert him during battle.
