She is Jodi Slayton, daughter of Marc Slayton aka Backlash. Currently, she uses the name Backlash.
She has superspeed, but is somewhat inexperienced. Last time I saw her fight a skilled martial artist(Nemesis), she got stomped. I've missed some recent issues, so maybe she has some better feats.
