He may not be able to actually kill a demon in hell, but he can dis-incorporate them.

Spectre is obviously stronger, but from what I saw of God Spawn, he seemed like one of the few characters with true indestructibility.

Maybe Spectre throgh soul drain or something. cause he aint destroying Spawn.
