Superman, SS, Thor, and MM (all are classic/base characters--no gems, plot devices, and yes Thor has him hammer).

If you think the 4 can't do it, what happens if I add a fully enraged hulk?

Team 1 stomp with a decent amount of ease

you need SMP in there to and remove hulk and put in Rulk and i think team 2 has it. otherwise its team one
