Aside from Thanos /w/ IG, the only physical attack that has damaged Cap's shield was when an enraged King Thor smacked it with Mjolnir (causing a softball sized dent) correct?

So what ever wound up happening with the shield? It stayed having that dent or did someone, somehow repair it?
