Considering that he was able to erect grav shields to tank a huge blast from the Sphinx with 2 KA stones, I would say that he has nothing to fear from MF.

Nova can basically do to MF what Superman did to MF. Tap that ass with little to no trouble. Powerful energy blasts, extremely powerful gravimetric abilities, faster combat and flight speed, rapid healing, force fields, etc...

After a few good hits, the suit ruptures.
