I have yet to see RE: Afterlife, so I can't comment.

However, if movie Wesker is anything like his RE5 VG persona, then he loses horribly.

Logan and Sabretooth can't put Wesker down, his durability/healing factor are too much. Oh, and he's way faster than either of them.

Same thing though, he can't put them down either.

The fact that you think Logan couldn't cut his head off is insane. I'm pretty sure Weskers healing factor isn't going to regenerate him a new head.

Well if wesker sticks to using his speed to his advantage
he shouldn't have that problem

But Wesker also has his teleport ability and take a look at how Wolvie and Sabertooth took out Weapon XI which too had a teleport ability

so Wolvie and Victor takes this i say.
