1) Fight is inside an alley somewhere in New York. With Civilians around.
2) Fight is inside Arkham Asylum. No civilians.
3) Fight is inside the X-Men Danger Room

X-men team all three rounds.

I would go as far as calling this spite for xmen

Beast KOs Freeze.
Cyke Blasts Croc.
Logan tanks any acid/poison/gas attacks and guts Joker.

Not easily in the first round. Because of civilians he can't just "Get off my lawn" them but yeah if he takes out Freeze fast the others will have a hard time.

Beast isn't needed here unless he's used to out think some Joker scheme. Couldn't Cyclops solo these? Wolverine would also run amok but Cyclops should really clean up here.

Mr Freeze puts in all in an giant block of ice at sub zero temps.
Cyces eyeballs freeze,and his optic blast causes his eyes to shatter like glass and thus make his head explode.
All of beast hair falls off and he dies from hypothermia.
Wolverine can't break out and is left to die from Freezer Burn.

Joker buys drinks.
