Task Force 141 (MW2) vs The Covenant

Who wins this battle? They find themselves on a planet that is overrun by the Covenant. They have their standard weapons: M4-A1 commando 5.56mm assault rifle, M4-A1 Grenadier 5.56mm assault rifle, SCAR II 6.7mm assault rifle, M-14 sniper rifle, M240 light machine guns, ACR submachine gun, G18 machine pistol, M9 9mm handgun, Javelin anti-tank rocket launcher, flash grenades, frag grenades, Claymore landmines and the new "Dragon Scale" body armor. Reinforcements are two days away. They have enough ammunition for a day and half. Do they survive?
