I got Armbar-ed
I was on top doing GNP. as I hammerfist my opponent, my left arm got caught in an arm bar. we both heard a mild soft "crack" I was planning to pick him up and slam but as he hangs on to arm bar. I tapped out due to moderate pain on my elbow.

I'm no fighter.
Used to fight with my sister alot when we were younger tho.
Last fight we had...
I got pissed at her for some reason, pushed her, she threw a wet rag at me, I pushed her again, she slapped my face, I grabbed her hair and threw her down, she got up and went to slap me again... but as the slap hit my face she bug her nails in my face. That shit hurt so I gave up and never fought her again...
She can be evil when she wants to be shock
