Hm, there's also a character nicknamed Cheetah from the comic Gold Digger, Brittany "Cheetah" Diggers. That one'd be an actual fight, being a werecheetah. Can run hundreds of mph in a strait line, class 3 or so strength, good regen but bullets would cause damage... excellent martial artist, eventually becomes a mage.

Her zoom upgrade was relatively minor, mind you. Victories against Wonder Woman and Superman, in very large part due to speed, happened beforehand.
