Hm, I'd put Blackbolt above Superman/Surfer, and I'd put Superman above Surfer, he's got more HtH focus and a reasonable amount of training (Supergirl has some Amazon training, but not as much experience).

ares is only class 70 how can he beat hercules who is vastly far stronger?
it had to be his skill keeping him toe to toe with the likes of thor and hercules now if ares was as strong as hercules i think he would own herc

I'd say Wonder Woman is the most skilled Herald that I know of, but she isn't on this list. Of the list I'd say Thor or Herc with Ares and Superman close behind.

Because Herc doesn't use his skill or huge strength difference against Ares, from the fight I remember.

I don't think you actually know anything about DC Ares.
