I haven't really seen enough of H&M fighting. They're supposed to be Amazons (perhaps Bana) that were probably enhanced by Luthor, and he seems to think they'd provide some protection against Superman, but I haven't seen them live up to that.
Donna's almost certainly stronger willed, so with her lasso she might turn the idea even if there's not a physical advantage.
