Colonial Marines versus Predators...

Same scenario as the movie "Predators." This time, though, the Colonial Marines from "Aliens" are the prey. They are dropped onto the game preserve just as Royce and the others were.

The Marines:

Ripley
Apone
Hicks
Vasquez
Hudson
Drake
Wierzbowski
Crowe

The Marines are armed with Pulse rifles and smart guns, in addition to any personal weapons they had (the shotgun Hicks had.) They are in full armor, they have their motion detectors, and any other gear they were shown using (blow torch used by Vasquez, infrared, the works.) No sentry guns though.

Noland is on the planet too.

Do the Marines survive?

Ever notice how Cameron recycles most of his actors from his movies?

Anyway, in my opinion, it all boils down to who survived the longest in the Aliens flick. The rest are cannon fodder.

The order of survival in "Aliens" is hardly important here. Different enemy.

I think so. They have a huge advantage in terms of weapons and equipment. Some marines will go down though.

The motion tracker picks up on movement, all the preds have to do is keep/stay a safe distance away whilst cloaked, then fry their butts with their shoulder canons. There's also the pred dogs and other creatures around as well.

It depends if how the predators are acting, how are they acting in this
scenario? Like the movie or without honor?

They had no honor in the movie

With their advanced weaponry i think this team shreds through the predators, as long as the right man is in charge

How so? They were sure to outfit their prey with sufficient weapons and even gave them time to prepare and strategize.

And when the two Predators fought, they did not use their plasma cannons.

Ok...they weren't given weapons...they came with weapons, any weapons picked up whilst there weren't given to them, they found those weapons. If they were given 'sufficient' weapons then Prison man and Dr death would have had a firing weapon...they had no such equipment...one created a knife from bone I think and the other had a scalpal which I really, really doubt would do much to a pred.
