Doom is a pretty good magician, has the will power to resist Dracs gaze, and his force field+armor should protect him from a stealth bite...

I think Doom should eventually beat him every single time...

Interesting, I'd love to see doomwar with dracula, Marvel has stated they want to elevate Dracula to Dr. Doom's level, that being said he ahs some nice feats but he's not there yet.

Dracula and Dr. Doom negotiating on the moon is still one of the sickest things I remember from MI:13

Dracula needs more gun to deal with Doom, although the deal breaker would be his armor imo -not Doom's overrated magic 131-.

I don't think having splinters of the true cross in your armor utterly repels Dracula such that he cannot even touch him anymore.

Nightmare was talking to Magik and Dr. Strange and the Ghost Riders in his own realm separate and apart from his conversations with Doom. I don't see any reason to doubt those conversations as Nightmare talking with his own fantasies. Is it her appearance and look that presents issues with the timing of her appearance?

Fact is, we already saw the world shifting into the Unreal in prior issues and Hellstrom (and even Doctor Voodoo) being utterly possessed.
