I'm going with Emperor Charon. He doesn't have personal destruction feats quite as big (largely because he's rarely had to enter combat personally, most of the ones he does are ended with a handwave), but the ability to personal create a thousand or so herald level types shows he has rather a lot of power.
Also he owns a universe, which is nice.
