Hence ROTJ Luke S is greater than TFU Galen Marek, because Galen's name doesnt even come close to making Lucas

Well, depends on how you look at it, see. Galen and Marek BOTH have two syllables making them comparable to Lucas' two syllables, whereas Luke = one and Skywalker = three.
