current Tsuna from Reborn! vs Raikage from Naruto before he cut off his arm. Tsuna doesn't get his box weapon but he gets those gloves of his (the name escapes for now) and he can't fly for this fight.

Tsuna has better strength and speed feats than anything in Naruto is capable of.

What level of strength and speed do Reborn! characters have? I'm not familiar.

they were casual bullet timers very early on in the manga and tsuna at 1/4 power busted a city block worth of 20 x durability skyscrapers.
