Great Evil Beast or Chthon would be first imo.

nah.. he isnt evil enough he is powerful bought he lacks the sadistic feats of Mephisto.. Mephisto b/c he lives to dormant ppl and play with their lives and corrupt them.

Lucifer (more of a selfish ******* than anything else, he never really seemed malicious so much as callous and disinterested)
Thanos (he vacillates between pure evil and pure douche. Sometimes he's as bad as Darkseid while other times he's like a Cosmic Black Adam)
