Yes, he had prep, which is why I said if he has info on Midnighter, he could take it. Even without it, his suit has a lot more than it used to.

^ I think the amount of prep and info Prometheus would require to be effective against Midnighter would be enough that if you gave Midnighter the same amount of commensurate prep and info, Midnighter would still stomp.
