If not black bolt.Assuming no soul suck.

Adam karate chops Bolts face off

Warlock wins.

adam transmutes him

Black Bolt can transmute matter as well.

once or twice feat.

he hasn't done it since the 70's IIRC.
and certainly not in the extent Adam did it recently
