Shootout in downtown Los Angeles at 9 a.m. in the middle of rush hour traffic.
The Heat crew are armed with the assault rifles they used during their bank heist gone wrong. They also have their body armor. They have as many reloads as they can carry. They are not burdened with carrying the bags of money, this is just a good old fashioned gunfight to the death.
The S.W.A.T. crew are armed with an H&K MP-5 each. Each member has as many reloads as they can carry. They too have body armor.
