Gilgamesh stood toe to toe w/ Thor in the past. Pretty much all 3 line-up of Eternals are elites of their kind.

Sersi manipulated Silver Surfer Cosmic powers recently in Chaos War#2.

I don't think Gilgamesh should be put on Thor's level. Not even Herc's level. He's a poor man's version of Hercules. Herculeslite without all the regular calories.

Eternals. If Doomsday can put a GL down then Gilgamesh sould have not much of a proublem.

Gilgamesh is among the physically strongest of the Eternals with strength rivaling that of Thanos. While the limit of Gilgamesh's strength was unknown, he was capable of lifting well in excess of 100 tons.

Like all Eternals, the Forgotten One was sustained by cosmic energy and was virtually immortal and indestructible. He could manipulate energy allowing him to harness gravitons in order to levitate and fly at speeds up to Mach one. He possessed superhuman strength allowing him to lift over 100 tons. Gilgamesh could also release cosmic energy through its hands and eyes.
Abilities
The Forgotten One was skilled at killing monsters and non-sentient beings as well as being a talented hand-to-hand combatant.

I'd say make it Ion and Parralax w/ green lanterns and I'd call it a match.
