Who is stronger, and who will win?

As it stands probably Xemnas as Xehanort admits that he isnt as good in his older state.

..then again he does have a keyblade and powerful magic. With no doubt he'd be the strongest when he's reborn in the next game.

Xemnas....due to TK. Xehanort is more impressive though in my opinion, due to his nonchalantly destroying most of a world and all.

Wasnt Master Xehanort using TK to move all those kelblades? And has that mind-shield to block Braigs shots.

Xemnas was TKing buildings when you fight him in KH2. Buildings>Keyblades. At least in terms of weight.

TK aside, probably Xehanort. Lasers won't work and since that's Xemnas's main source of attack, he wouldn't like it very much. Phsycially, Xemnas is stronger due to him being able to hang with Sora and Riku. Magic wise, Xehanort is much better.

How would Xemnas fare against Terra-Xehanort?

That dude was broken.. I literally spent more than 5 hours working up a strategy to beat him.

Terra-Xehanort was such a bastard. I finally decided to just spam shotlock until he went down.

Same result though. TK gives Xemnas the win.

Teleportings the general fail-safe against TK so that wont be all thats needed.

Meh. Xemnas has teh teleport too. They'll just use back and forth teleporting until Terra-Xehanort kills him(which, since Xemnas can clone himself, would prove difficult) or Xemnas catches him in TK.

Terra-Xehanort would be well above Master Xehanort, too bad he lacks any showings :/

Tbh, Xemnas and Sephiroth were easier to beat than Terra-Xehanort.

Hopefully, Terra-Xehanort will get to demonstrate some power in KH3. And Sora better get some armor. >.>

Terra-Xehanort was a tougher boss battle, but he just hasn't shown himself to be as strong as Xemnas...at the moment anyway. He does outrank Sephiroth though.

That's why 'Reconnect' Kingdom Hearts will be full of win. That and we'll have Sora vs Riku.

Armour would be cool, but a custom Keyblade would be so much better.

I hope we get to see the X-blade again. That thing was too overhyped to be gone for good.

Obviously Xemnas. Why would Xehanort make himself weaker by going taking over Terra's body?

He wasnt at full power when he took over Terra as Terra didnt submit to Xehanort. And by the time he got full control his memories were lost so he had no idea that he had theses powers or even a keyblade.
Then he split into Xemnas [and 'Ansem'] still without knowing what powers he used have.
