Magneto possibly, he effected Kitty's intangible bullet so he might be able to effect Kitty.

Kitty can phase the floor so you'd need someone to take her out quickly.

Yes, Magneto should crush them. SC is more difficult to affetc with TP when in tangible and unwilling to cooperate, but some high end telepaths like exodus, emma and chuck could probably pull it off too.

Sue's shields are being misrepresented here. Jean Grey couldn't do anything through her shields a while back and in a recent issue where the girls fought Rulk she had to create an opening in her shield for Storm to manipulate through. Similarly, Sue's shields completely stopped Sersi from directly manipulating anything inside of them. Over the years I've been given the distinct impression that the insides of the fields are completely safe from telepathy, manipulation, etc. To add, Kitty's phasing gives her a natural resistance to telepathic location. While vulnerable to psi blasts, she's basically invisible to any lower level psychic.

Jean Grey only had TK when she was released from that cacoon not telepathy though.

Sue's shields may have blocked out Franklins TP (I think??) but they were bypassed by Emma's telepathy in X4. Emma has also been shown to access Kitty's ghostly mind a few times and most recently in the Five Lights arc.

Sue with force field has been taken out by TP at least a couple of times in the past. And characters like Vision have phased through them. Some super strong characters like Hulk, Maxam, CAP have shattered them. Visible light and sonic attacks have also gone through them on occasion. So there are a few avenues of attack.

Anyway Exodus tortured her in Blinded by the Light telepathically forcing her to solidify into a wall.
