Phyla as Mar-vell was super-hard to hit (her combat performance actually dropped when she became Quasar, though she had more raw power), I think it might go to her.

Phyla did overcome the Super Adaptoid and finished off Phalanx Ultron as Quasar. But yeah, her CM feats were better.
